Christmas and Christmas-preparations... Please! NOooo!

Who doesn't enjoy Christmas? ... Ok, I shouldn't wait for an answer, it will take too long to bring it from Asia to Norway anyways... But, if you celebrate Christmas, you may have the debatable honor of celebrating Christmas-preparations as well. So, basically you work your @55 off about 23 days in December, only so that you may have the pleasure of lying back for one week, before you use another 3 weeks to make everything look like it did before Christmas. And then you start to "can't until next year!" What's the point? What's the meaning of the year? What's the meaning of life?

I'm just joking.. :) Christmas is a lot of fun however you look at it, but you can't get away from the fact that Christmas-preparation is some bullsh*t. Anyways, there might be some good stuff under the christmas-tree this  time, so you better keep it going. And at last... We open up our presents the evening at 24th of December, so you may get up as early in the morning the 25th, if that's when you open your presents (I know 98 % of my viewers are Norwegian), but I my presents will always be opened before that.

Hollydeys! (And the big problem of dyslectics.)

At last. Holidays are here! This is the moment we've all been waiting for, all the time since the summer ended. And the best of all: Christmas! Presents! The joy of gifting! Mental disturbance! ... What? Is that only me?

Now to get more serious: Dyslectics. They are everywhere. In the city, at your school/work, home alone, and sometimes hiding under your bed. But the only way you can quickly notice a dyslectic is by meeting him/her at the Internet. There is where they cause most troubles. Have you ever met someone on.. let's say MSN, who apparently can't write. Isn't that annoying? If you don't think that's annoying you have the diagnosis dyslectic too. But to everybody else: Do something about it! Tell them that they are annoying, and that you'll never talk/chat to them again unless they fix their language! It may actually work.

And to all of you that is well... uhm..  anti-letter men - Please understand that everyone in the world would have it better if you stop screwing up your own sentences on the Internet all the time. "im not dysletic i just lkie to wriet fast" - If you're not dyslectic, THEN PROVE IT!

Christmas! Wait... Too soon?

Christmas is advancing in an unnatural high speed, and I've got some inpacking to do.. But first, I will let you know what happened yesterday:
The annually Christmas... Party? (Have no idea what the english word could be, 'cause "party" seems a little wrong...) The event that is feared and loved by different students all over the school. (Yeah, sounds like a 1000, but we are about 200...) And other people don't care because they are home celebrating their totally accidental cold.
Well... The rules are: each person at the school (including teachers) gets a partner (usually opposite gender) to sit besides and to dance with at the "party". There is no way to escape, and lots of people have troubles surviving, but at last, they usually do. Luckily, I was sitting next to someone from my old class, so we knew each others well. (Not that well.)
After a couple of hours the obligatory partner-part was over, and everybody could choose between sitting, eating cake, walk around in random cirkles or dance. Now that I mention it, I won't go further into what I chose...
Disappointment.

A really good game, but not recommanded

Have you ever had the problem that you have too much time left? That you need something to do?
...
No, not me either...! But anyways, there is a game called SuperCrateBox. And .... I don't know what should be said about it... I'll try to sum up what you do in the game: You jump/run around and shoot... things while collecting boxes.
...
Yes, that sums it up in a good way. But seriously, that is the only things you do... And yet it is that interesting. It's just unbelievable how much time you can use doing this ****. Jump, run, die... for hours. But if you actually need something to do, and like to take risks, you may actually have some fun playing this game (For 12.000 hours).

Download: http://www.supercratebox.com/ Do not click if you already have enough to do.

Heh, well at least I didn't break my promise from yesterday..   8 /

Ballet and lasers (??)

First, to make things clear: I am alive. I have not been dead without you knowing it. But you know... Invasion from outer space, laserbattles, love, and other natural disasters have striked in these days, and therefore, I have been unable to publish new totally useful information and stuff.

Now, to get to the point: Today I was at a place we call "the Norwegian Opera" or "den Norske Opera" in Norwegian. I can't say I actually heard or saw any opera singers anywhere but there was a lot of other things that took my attention.  I was on a ballet performance.

If someone asked me "What is ballet, 'ey?" I would answer: "Ballet is a type of entertainment for people with serious problems in the inner of their brains, where men jumps around with spread legs and extremely tight tights, and women use skirts which is frozen in a position that reveals what's underneath." I got seriously tired of sitting and watch people dance around in screwed-up costumes all the time. At least I could watch the orchestra instead.

Bye bye, I will write again tomorrow.                                                       I hope.

Astronomical explosion of viewers!

Yes! Today we had a huge growth in the number of viewers of this page! At about 15:00 (03:00 PM) today, we had a total of: [another crappy trumpet solo] 8 Viewers! Yahoo! (Don't ban me, Google.)

I know I should have said this yesterday, but that post got too long anyways, so I'm saying it now: Yesterday (,the day before this was posted, in case you got confused), there happened to be an explosion in the science/chemistry room at our school! A total of 1 glass was shattered, and a total of... well... I don't think I should mention how many got injured, the number may disappoint some of our viewers...

And last, but not least, some cool news from the universe out there. Ok, it is not new, but I have a delusion which tells me that this web page does not get as much attention as it deserves. Actually, that sounds a bit like this blog...
Anyways! I'm talking about the page "Astronomy Picture of the Day" which gives you a new astronomic picture each day  (surprise!). When I read that sentence over again, I admit that it does not sound very cool, but it is actually one of the coolest things I've seen on the Internet. No more explanations, you should take a look yourself: http://apod.nasa.gov/apod/
Just click yourself backwards one day at the time, and you will find some of the best pictures you've ever seen. (Hopefully.)

I will now give the e-mail and password to even more people in my class, so it's not only the number of viewers that will raise. (I think.)

Ok, let's add some music..

To be honest, I like some music. Not everything is worth spending your ears on, but some music actually may drag me out of my head and show me the world around me, and that is good. But then (of course) something must interrupt. In my case, it is the vocalist who slams me back to my bedroom (in my head??).

I don't know why this happens, but I think that the vocalist brings the "human mistakes" into the song. Except of him/her, the sound of music would be great all the time! (Maybe unless the melody consists of some banging and slamming without any stringed instruments added.)

Therefore, forum, I present you (It is Christmas, right?) the incredible invention of: ... listenable gamermusic! Well, you know, not all game music should be listened to all the time, but there are some great and strong pillars out there which brings you the best of the best gamermusic! (And that is good!) ...without lyrics! : D

I will especially recommand: (Do not be afraid of the pictures shown in the links, just llisten.)

Super Mario Galaxy - Gusty Garden Galaxy (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-z2kxFCQ_mQ)
SSBB - Battle for Storm Hill (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l1wIaXuoyGg)
Tetris Type A (Orchestra) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gbnbETA1-ns)

I would like to have some comments on this one either if you liked it or not, but I hope you do.
...And there might be some time until we see the first post by Ada here, but I will try to make her write something...

Let's start randomizing things! ...And I am getting assisted! (Yahoo!)

Of course, this would not be an interesting blog if I told you what I did that and that day. Actually I can sum up my average day with these words: Sleeping, eating, writing, walking, sitting, and blogging. Now, that wasn't interesting, was it?

Because of that I'll just make a recept in how to blog "randomly":

1. New words! Invent new words and expressions all the time, like the random word "randomizing". (I may use some norwegian too.)
2. Walk (write) a little too far. People are not going to run after you with axes and flour (??) because of that! ...I hope.
3. Listen to classical music! At least it may raise your IQ...
4. Write about the first and best thing you can think of! ...or maybe you should wait for the second one to show up..
5. Calculators! I'm sure that word will be the last solution to save your life someday. :)
7. Forget about things so that people run crazy and spam you comment section. Where did six go?
6. Put things in different orders and enviroments! Oh, there it is.

I will probably fill in more as I start remembering hidden thoughts I thought were lost. I am sure there must be an easier word for that... Anyways.. I will (try to) use this list from now on. I wish myself good luck... :(

Oh! And one more thing: I have, well... kinda... "hired" a new author for this blog from my class! I will still write here, of course, but now I am getting assisted by: [trumpet solo that goes crazy and makes everyone sure about that it must be a cow behind all of this noise] The one and only: Ada!

And that means that I am going to introduce signing, in case you wonder who wrote that crazy sh*t.

St. Lucia... Maybe?

Today, we have celebrated the day of Lucia! ... Well, actually, it's not too much for us in Norway to celebrate, because the murder of ST. Lucia occured in Italy, and I don't even know if you readers have heard about her in the countries you come from (,but I think you have)!
On our school, we have recently had some huge tests in the subjects: Mathematics, English, Norwegian, and something we'll just call super-ultra-mega-hyper-unbelieveable-unreadable-Norwegian. "Nynorsk", as we call it. (Can be directly translated to "New Norwegian".)
Well, my point is that I was really disappointed by the results of Norwegian "tentamen" , as we call tests like these, and which we have twice a year. In Norway we don't have the grades A-F, but the more... numerous system of 1-6, where six is the best and one is... you know...  Well, what I can say is that my average grade from the "tentamens" went from 5,66 to 5,25 when I got my Norwegian back. I will now go to eat, if you may excuse me...

Introductions, etc.... (I guess)

Hello, and welcome to a blog of peace (as you should have understood from reading the title). Since this is the first post in this blog, I find it appropriate to begin with introductions and stuff. [Doing some breathing-exercises] Ok, here we go:

Hi, my name is Håkon ("Å" is pronounced a bit like "o"), 14 years old, and I am the  original author of this blog. Me and my classmates are going on a "vacation" to Germany and some deathcamps by the White Buses. We will travel in the autumn of 2011. Unfortunately, this is an expensive travel, and we have to get our money ourselves. (Yes, I know we live in Norway, but money trees does not exist here either!)

Therefore, we have started to earn money... kindof. The truth is... we are not very good at it. But we (I) hope that this blog will help us to Germany. I will not explain how it works, but maybe if you asked very nicely...

Well... I hope this will end in a good way....  I hope you are going to enjoy this blog, and I am not telling you to read this just because we in the north wants more money. But I want you to read this because we want to learn something, and -hopefully- because you might enjoy the stuff published here.

Oh, and one more thing! These posts will be about everything. Totally random. there is and will forever be a total of: 0 ways to predict the posts of this blog. This is hopefully the most boring post you will see here. Good reading.                                                    :)
